How to book your seat for cooking/baking class or language class.

1. Choose your preferred course.

2. Check the availability by sending us an email (info@iloha-net.com) or call us at 03-22022800. (Wed-Sun 9am-6:30pm)

3. Receive our response email within 2 working days.

4. Bank-in the course fee to the following account within 3 days after receipt of our confirmation email regarding the availability.

*In case that there is no payment within 3 days after receipt of our confirmation email, the booking is automatically released to the next requesting person or waiting person.

 

5. Email us your name, contact number and the course name attached with the proof of payment.

6. Receipt of our confirmation email.

7. Reservation done!

*Minimum 3 days prior booking is required.

*Booking is subject to availability.

*Rescheduling must be made at least 3 days prior to the originally booked date or the course fee will be forfeited.  

 

Cancellation Policy

 

The course fee is not refundable under any circumstances on or after the commencement date of the course.
 

Cancellation request should be informed by email (info@iloha-net.com) in written form. If would like to request by phone, please contact us during our working hours (Wed -Sun 9am-6pm). We are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and public holidays.

For cancellation made at least 3 days prior to the commencement date of the course, we will refund the course fee after deduction of actual expenses occurred.

 

For cancellation made 2 days prior to the commencement date of the course, we will refund 80% of the course fee.

 

For cancellation made 1 day prior to the commencement date of the course, we will refund 50% of the course fee.

Promotion for Multiple Booking for Cooking & Baking Classes

 

  • 5% discount when you register for 3-5 cooking/baking classes in one go

 

  • 10% discount when you register for 6 or more cooking/baking classes in one go

 

Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Payment for reservation must be made in one go/at the same time/all at once.
     

  2. No cancellation can be made after payment, and no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
     

  3.  Reservation is not transferrable to any other individuals.
     

  4. Rescheduling can only be made once if you book 3 to 5 cooking/baking classes; Rescheduling can only be made up to 2 times if you book 6 cooking/baking classes and above.
     

  5. Rescheduling must be carried out within 2 months of the original commencement date, or the course fee will be forfeited.
     

  6. Rescheduling is subject to availability of classes.
